Был недавно на приёме у Анны Георгиевны. Она сказала, что питание особого влияния на течение ББ не оказывает.

Также, в некоторых продуктах содержатся природные противовоспалительные соединения:

1) Имбирь;
2) Ананас;
3) Куркума;
4) Отвар шиповника;
5) Сельдерей;
6) Рыбий жир;
7) Оливковое масло;
8) Зеленый чай.

Вот неполный список продуктов, на которые нужно налегать. Я уже 2 недели на них налегаю, но особых улучшений не заметил. В любом случае, это полезно.

1) Имбирь режу тоникими пластиками, так же режу лайм и помещаю в заварник. Туда же щепотку зеленого чая. Завариваю и пью 2 раза в день.

2) Ананас просто ем. Можно кушать вытяжку ананаса в таблетках (американские БАДы), но меня на это не тянет.
Особо много бромелайна (природного НПВС) содердится в стержне ананаса.

3) Куркума (также в карри содержится) добавляю половину чайной ложечки при тушении овощей, варке риса или гречки.

4) Отвар шиповника - просто завариваю в термосе. Пью безо всего. Можно добавить немножечко меда, но уже в теплый, а не в горячий.

5) Сельдерей - режем в салат;

6) Рыюий жир - пью в капсулах от "Доппель Герц", но в аптеке порекомендовали американский аналог. Дороже, но качественнее. Для консервации рыбьего жира в капсулах используется витамин Е, который обладает противовоспалительным эффектом;

7) Оливковое масло - тушу на нем овощи и в салаты добавляю.

8) Мёд - чайная ложечка перед приёмом пищи.

А если честно, то лучше правильного НПВС с ЛФК я ещё ничего не видел.

мед нельзя в теплое добавлять. гдето читал.
концарогены какие то появляются в нем.

чай зеленый из за наличия в нем кофеина так же не следует применять по объяснениям Сергея Лукьянова.

вот что меня интересует )))

Вспомнил про вишню, овсяную кашу))) изюм)).
Овсяную кашу можно есть с изюмом) В овсяные хлопья добавляется изюм и заливается кипятком. 5 минут ждете и готов. Вначале не привычно)) но после привычки) прекрасный завтрак.
Это не должна быть диетой)) Это образ жизни!!!.
Еще весенняя крапива. Некоторые народы заготавливают банками на зиму. Делают салаты,сушат, солят,маринуют.
Прекрасная закуска на "шашлычках". Молодую крапиву чуть мнут , немного соли и после "50 грамм") для пользы организму.
Красное вино (настоящее и в меру).
Какао,клюква,Лесные орехи,Голубика,помидоры.
Предлагаю в самом первом посту темы модератору выставлять продукты и постоянно дополнять, чтоб систематизировать для удобства.

Сообщите, пожалуйста, на каком основании Вы полагаете, что все перечисленное обладает противовоспалительными свойствами (а данная тема как раз о таких продуктах). Если такового разъяснения не последует (или оно окажется неудовлетворительным), то Ваше сообщение будет перемещено в тему "Диета". Все гипотезы о том, что какие-то продукты вредны (типа предположения о том, что вредно мясо, или продукты содержащие крахмал, или повергшиеся термической обработке и т.п.) также складируются в теме "Диета" (это пояснение о том, почему одно из Ваших недавних сообщений было перенесено в указанную тему).

С недавних пор ресурс nutritiondata.self.com убрал информацию о воспалительных свойствах продуктов по просьбе inflammationfactor.com, который изначально разработал рейтинг воспаления.

Рейтинги можно найти тут.

Для удобства выкладываю их тут, отсортированные по убыванию противовоспалительного эффекта (IF Rating). (Сергей, удали, если считаешь нужным)

Чем выше число IF Rating, тем сильнее противовоспалительный эффект.

Отрицательные числа означают, что продукт обладает воспалительным свойством.

Спасибо за интересную информацию!

Но я, честно говоря, в затруднении. С одной стороны, приведенная информация однозначно относится к теме "Диета", так как описывает целую систему питания, построенную в том числе и на указании продуктов, потребление которых желательно ограничить. Да и сайт http://inflammationfactor.com построен, как я понял, на книге "The Inflammation Free Diet Plan" - то есть это прямым текстом названо именно диетой (вольный перевод названия книги - "План диеты, не порождающей воспаление") . С другой стороны, приведен обширный список продуктов, предположительно обладающих противовоспалительными свойствами (что напрямую относится к теме данного топика).

В общем, я пока оставил сообщения о "безвоспалительной диете" в этой теме (а там посмотрим, во что это выльется).

Несколько критических замечаний по сути дела:

1) Автор диеты не является ученым (судя по отсутствию у нее публикаций в Пабмеде), а популяризация диеты и рейтинга влияния продуктов на воспаление скорее всего коммерчески мотивированы.

2) Сам этот рейтинг вычисляется по незвестной формуле, на основе состава продуктов и представления составителей рейтинга о том, какие из присутствующих в продукте веществ имеют противо- или провоспалтельные свойства. Причем при подсчете учитывается, например, наличие в продуктах антиоксидантов (влияние которых на воспаление при ББ лично для меня неочевидно - см. http://www.artritu.net.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?p=7581#7581 ). В общем рейтинг построен по большей части на теоретических, умозрительных соображениях (очень часто не оправдывающихся на практике) , а не на прямой экспериментальной проверке, что повышенное потребление того или иного продукта реально уменьшает (или увеличивает) воспаление и связанные с ним симптомы.

3) У меня сложилось впечталение, что все это нацелено в первую очередь на так называемое "воспаление низкой интесивности". Такое воспаление присутствует и у практически здоровых людей, и повышенный его уровень считается фактором риска развития некоторых заблеваний (таких как, например, атеросклероз). У бехтеревцев же интенсивность воспаления радикально более высокая и на фоне этой интенсивности эффект от "противовоспалительных" продуктов питания может оказаться не столь заметным (или незаметным вовсе). В общем, это скорее профилактическая диета для здоровых людей (в FAQ'е на сайте утверждается, что при артритах она должна помогать, но опять таки это скорее всего умозрительное предположение, клиническими испытаниями никак не подтвержденное).

В общем, список интересный, его можно взять в качестве ориентира. Но не более того, так как никаких гарантий он не дает - надо пробовать и смотреть, есть ли какой-то реальный эффект от этого в случае ББ.

Решил глянуть на один их самых употребляемых продуктов - пшеница/пшеничная мука.
В списке встречается преимущественно со знаком минус.

Junker et al of Schuppan’s group now demonstrate that members of the non-gluten alpha-amylase/trypsin inhibitor (ATI) family, which are enriched in wheat and related cereals, are potent activators of various innate immune cells such as dendritic cells (DCs) and macrophages. In their studies, pepsin/trypsin (PT)-digested gliadin caused a dose-dependent secretion of interleukin (IL)-8, tumor necrosis factor, and monocyte-chemotactic protein-1 in the human monocytic cell lines THP-1 and U937.

В льняном масле также есть омега 3 жиры. И оно дешевле, чем рыбий жир, можно есть ложками.
Где можно узнать на сколько жир омега-3 рыб, лучше или хуже омега-3 льняного масла?

И еще: Кто пробовал применять приправу КУКУРМИН ? Читал положительные отзывы о лечение им артритов.
Может кто подскажет , где можно приобрести в 100 гр.? пакетах.
